A group of researches from Italy have discovered that drinking coffee can reduce your chances of liver cancer by 40%.

Researchers from the University of Florida have discovered that older adults who continually drank coffee in their life had higher blood caffeine levels than those who did not, and these same individuals were discovered to have avoided the onset of Alzheimer’s disease in the two-to-four years of study.
Besides avoiding Alzheimer’s, when caffeine from coffee is absorbed into the blood stream and travels to the brain, the caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter called Adenosine. When that happens, it leads to enhanced firing of neurons, increasing brain function in memory, mood, energy, reaction and general cognitive function.

Although all these medical reports have praised coffee drinking, just like anything else, it’s only good in moderation.
An average drinker should drink only one to two 8 oz. cups a day at the most to avoid drinking too much.
